Step Into Queer Calm: A Trans Wellness Coach’s Blog Begins

Welcome to My LGBTQ+ Wellness Blog: Your Journey to Calm & Confidence Starts Here

Hi there, and welcome! I’m Nyo McGirt (they/he), a certified LGBTQ+ Wellness Coach, trauma survivor, and founder of Inner Buddha Coaching. I'm so excited to launch this blog as a soft, empowering space where trans and nonbinary folks, especially those navigating dysphoria, trauma, or significant life transitions, can find support, healing, and community.

So, who am I? I grew up in the projects, experienced loss and hardship early in life, and came into my truth as a transmasculine non-binary adult after years of healing. My journey has been anything but easy, but it has also shaped me into the coach I am today. I’ve dedicated my life to helping others find their version of peace, power, and embodiment.

What is this blog all about? This is your go-to resource for affirming wellness tips, trauma-informed practices, self-love tools, and mindset shifts designed explicitly for the trans and non-binary community. Whether you're exploring your gender identity, preparing for gender-affirming care, or just trying to find balance in a world that wasn’t built for you, this blog is for you.

Expect to see posts on:

  • Trans-affirming wellness and self-care rituals

  • Mindset and body connection tools

  • Hormone health and holistic support

  • Coaching insights and real talk on healing

  • Free journal prompts, mini-guides, and community spotlights

And of course, a little humor, heart, and realness along the way. 💛

Why blog now? Because visibility matters. Healing matters. And our stories—your story—matter. I want this space to feel like a breath of fresh air in a world that often tries to box us in.

Thank you for being here. I see you. I’m rooting for you. Let’s TRANScend wellness—together.

With fierce love,

Nyo
